1. Beneatha didn’t want to be a doctor anymore because she no longer believed that she could help people.
2. He said idealists are those that see the changes and dream and don’t give up. And the realists are those that only see the basic outline like a circle and don’t really see the changes.
3. He asks Beneatha to go to Africa with him.
4. She gave the rest of her money to Walter and he ended up losing the money.
5. He was going to take the money from Mr. Linder.
6. He didn’t want to take the money because his ancestors were hard working and they deserved the house even if it was in a white neighborhood.
7. The plant represents hope and happiness because it was dead and wasn’t growing and then in the end it starts to grow just like their family.

“Hey pal what’s your problem you wanna go??!! You hit me you stupid freaking irresponsible idiot!! You rammed into my freaking car and jumped out at me out of Nowhere you are sure gonna get a piece of my mind IN COURT!! You know in a way we should just be thankful that we’re still alive you know like we shall not drown in our sorrows but take them as reward for a better cause. Man that sounded good. It was just an accident I hope you’re okay. But man we survived a deadly crash OMG we are totally awesome goooo Steve and Chelsea whooo!!

1. Walter asks Ruth what is wrong with her because she wasn’t very excited about the money that his mom was going to be getting soon.
2. Ruth was upset because she told Travis they didn’t have the money and then Walter gave him the money.
3. Willy and Bobo are Walter’s friends that he wants to open a liquor store with.
4. He was trying to talk to his wife but all she said was to eat your eggs and she made them scrambled when he said he didn’t want scrambled.
5. Beneatha is Walter’s sister.
6. Mama was getting a check for 10,000 dollars because her husband died so she gets the money.
7.Beneatha didn’t want to marry George because he was too traditional and probably wouldn’t support her wanting to be a doctor.
8. Beneatha felt that people were giving all the credit to God when people should give credit to themselves because humans are capable for doing the great things in the world but thank God instead of themselves and she doesn’t believe in God.
9. At the end of Act 1 Scene one Ruth faints because she is pregnant.

1.He thought he was racist because he shot blacks faster than he shot whites. I don’t think he is racist he might have some racial biases though.

2. In a way it could because if you shoot a certain race faster than another it might show that you have some negative or psychological views of that race that you might not have known about.

3. He thinks that even though you might be a different race women are still seen as the weaker sex so they will be treated different than men no matter what their racial background is.

4. Women are being sterotyped as being too warm and friendly to be the president or at a high and very important position because people may be unconsciously racist and not even know about it.

5. The real problem that the author talks about is that women are seen as someone else’s property someone they can impregnate than an actual leader. I think that this is true because from years on back women have been see as someone else’s. They belonged to their fathers when they were young and married off to their husbands and then became their husbands property so I think that women aren’t usually viewed as strong independent leaders.

6. If more women were seen as strong and had higher power than men sometimes. I think they should because women are just as equal to men as people are just as equal to any other race.

What my group is going to do for the digital storytelling summary project is make a story on voice thread so that our classmates can hear our voices and know our tones but not see us. It will give them a way to put the pictures together in their heads and maybe appreciate it more. We want to tell a story about a teenager because we can relate to them more. The story might be about teen struggles and desires and consequences if they choose the easy way rather than the hard way.

We might include a drinking problem and a solution for him to overcome it.

1. I think they want us to take the WASL because it’s kind of a way to show them what levels we are at individually and some of the parts that we need help on. I also think that the WASL shows what kind of learner we are, so that’s very important to know.

2. The good thing about the WASL is that it helps us improve on different subjects but the bad thing about it is that there is a lot of writing and some students aren’t very good at writing.

3. Taking a lot of tests and quizzes on a regular basis would help us reach the goals without a WASL.

I think this poster shows thaat the army is trying to tell people that they can gain fame if they join the army. They are telling people to make them stronger and that soldiers are getting brutallyy injuried and they need help.

The book that i am reading right now is called Nobody Does It Better by Cecily von Ziegesar. It is part of the Gossip Girl series and is pretty good far. It really leads up to the things that have been going on. The beginning doesn’t really have a lot of things going on but it’s still a good story. I think that it has a lot of good word choice and some new events occuring and it’s good.

1. I think Lennie was scared when he killed Curley’s wife. I don’t think he is evil he was just scared and he didn’t want George to be man at him so he tried to keep he quiet.

2. He and a bunch of people were chasing Lennie and trying to kill him. This didn’t really surprise me because it always seemed like Curley never really liked George or Lennie especially.

3. George tells Lennie that they are going to leave and get a house some place away from there and that they will have eachother after all of this.

4. I think George did this because he thought of it more as sending Lennie out of his misery rather than letting Lennie face his own consequences. I think he also did it because he knew that George was just too powerful and dangerous that he had to be killed.

5. It wasn’t right for George to do this because Lennie was his friend but i think since he took care of Lennie and he was his responsibility, George just did what he thought was right and since Lennie took the life of someone else George thought it was right for him to let George go.

6. I think Steinbeck ends the book this way because it was probably the least expected way for this novel to end. Plus it shows kind of how in society, people like Lennie don’t really get to make their own choices and they are never really respected by other people. A lot of people sort of look down on them.

I think that we control maybe 85% of what happens to us and we can become famous or a millionaire but it will take a lot of our time and effort to get there. Most people don’t have the patience and want to become famous in the fastest way possible and they usually end up taking the easy way out because they don’t think they can do it. I also think that people only rely on the typical ways of being famous, like reality shows, becoming an actor, singer, dancer,etc. that they don’t notice the other options. Working your hardest is a good way to become known also because you can make more money if you go to college and have more money to invest in to build more projects and own your own companies. I also notice that these days it is a little hard to become known because there’s a lot of competition but I believe that since a lot of people have become successful and may not be the best at something I think that gives us hope and that are decisions in life will really determine what we do in life and which paths we will decide to follow.
